Malaysia closed the Causeway chapter in style, beating Singapore 3-1 in a friendly that felt anything but friendly. After a cagey first half, the hosts struck twice in ten minutes to seize control.
The win extends Malaysia's unbeaten run at home and hands the coaching staff a selection headache of the best kind ahead of the next international window.
"The boys showed character," the head coach said. "This is the standard we must keep."
